Mass Production
Skilled workers 80 people, 80% worked 5 years, more than 50% worked 10 years. The most important sewing line especially longer. Our skillful workers are familiar with most of kinds camping tent manufacturing.
For normal camping tent mass production, the production ready time is in 45 days after deposit.
If OEM order, development period 1-3weeks, production schedule is 45 days too.

As a standard controlling process, our team record every step data&photos. If customers need, we can provide the full process photos record. Just like you are here to check production steps by yourself.
Of cause, we support any third party inspection company come to site inspecting before shipping. Our QC team will assist inspector finish it.
